1-1 Training is an opportunity to educate you as well as deliver a high quality session. With all my clients I aim to change your lifestyle as well as the way you train in the gym. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your personal needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.
Ladies Group Training
This unique ladies only program I’ve developed will help burn fat and build muscle while having fun with a small group of like minded people. Learn how to perform weight training exercises safely with correct form. I also cover nutrition and how to create your own balanced diet. This program will have you in tip-top shape and full of confidence.
online Coaching allows me to work with you where ever you may be in the world. This service is completely tailored to your needs and a programme which is optimal for getting the best results possible whilst fitting in to your day to day lifestyle.
